RESMA (Real Estate Studies and Management Academy), at Ahmedabad successfully organized a one day Workshop/Seminar on "Avenues for Investment in Real Estate markets of Ahmedabad" in the last week of February, 2006. The one day event was aimed to discuss the upcoming real estate brand of Ahmedabad and showcase some of the best investment avenues in land, commercial and residential properties in Ahmedabad.
About Ahmedabad Real estate Recently declared megacity, Ahmedabad is poised from tremendous growth in the commercial, residential and industrial real estate market. With escalating land prices and scarce urban land there has been spree of construction activities from Malls, Commercial complexes, residential apartments & townships, to hotels and very active land market with high transaction frequency. With prestigious projects such as Sabarmati riverfront development (SFRD) and metrorail, the landcape of Ahmedabad is set to change forever.
About RESMA RESMA is a non-profit academic organization setup to impart technical education in the field of Real Estate by two prominent real estate practitioners in the city having academic flair. The organization does not seek any financial gain from its activities and promotes a collaborative networking platform to all real estate professionals through education and events.
About the Event This event was "property managers-centric" and had some of the top real estate management consultants in India as guest speakers. The two leading consultants to attend the event included Cushman and Wakefield India & Tromwell Crow Meghraj.
The workshop attendees, participants and delegates were by invitation without any participation fee or charge.
